BTF and partners have acquired land in excess of 40,000 sqm (4 hectares +) on the Ridge (Seririt, North West Bali), securing the key strategic plots to develop the Farmhouse and Vineyards by the Beach Project, on already acquired land of approx 1.3-1.8 hectares, including The Farmhouse Kitchen, The SPA and Beach Club and ihe Farmhouse Suites, initially 8-12 (or more, depending on concept designs in progress) large high-end 1 bedroom farmhouse villas/suites, with their own plunge pool and amenities, designed so that the suites may be combined to form a larger compound. Depending on the final concept, exact building configuration and specifications, all to be agreed by the Partners prior to starting the construction phase, we are looking to a Project cost, excluding land, in the range of Euro 1,000,000. BT and P&A Estates will contribute land and development services to be agreed by the Partners, for a corresponding equity share. Depending on whether pre-sales of the villas/suites are agreed by the Partners, capital commitments by the Partners may be reduced accordingly. BaliTeakFarms have acquired land the area of Seririt, North West Bali. Initially BTF acquired an 11 hectares farm on the hills, and then acquired land on a nearby Ridge close to the beach, including a vineyard. BTF and P&A Estates plan to allow only limited development with partners who share their vision, so that the area will be developed in an eco friendly manner, maintaining the current agricultural landscape. Here is a first the draft presentation of the “Ridge Farmhouse and Vineyard Project”. The project area is approx 2.5 hours drive from Seminyak (approx 3 hours from the airport) a very pleasant drive on passing by Bedugul, or by the Pupuan road, the most scenic drives on the Island.
