Individual Plots of Land for Purchase – The BTF Ridge Land Portfolio Print E-mail

farmhouse-plotIn conjunction with the Farmhouse Project, BTF and P&A Estates have selected a number of additional “key plots” on The Ridge, already acquired and/or under contract with a view to create a portfolio of strategic plots available for individual purchase by a selected group of buyers, who share the underlying high end eco and conservation development policies of the Farmhouse Project. Purchase of one or more plots from this portfolio is open, and does not require participation in the Farmhouse Project, subject only to general development guidelines to insure overall consistency of the estates developed on The Ridge. As of today, BTF and partners have already acquired additional plots presently not included in the Farmhouse plot (13,000 to 18,000 sqm, depending on configuration), totaling additional 27,000 sqm (bringing the total land on the Ridge already under control by the overall group to approx. 5.9 hectares.

The portfolio of individual plots for sale presently by BTF includes 39,200 sqm of buildable land on the Ridge. Additional presently green-zoned beachfront plots may also be available for lease or purchase. One large (50are + plus) beachfront plot, zoned for building is still available, the only such plot in the entire project area.

Purchasers of individual lots should agree to certain minimum standards for their own individual developments, consistent with the Farmhouse Project. Individual Owners will have the option of joining the members-only infrastructure offered by the Farmhouse, like use of the Farmhouse Kitchen, the Beach Club, the SPA and Suites, in addition to the Winery. The Farmhouse will provide management services to the individually owned villas, including for rental bookings and related management services, if so desired by the individual owner. A presentation of the individual lots available for purchase, with  prices, legal status, acquisition and rezoning costs, and photographs of individual lots are available upon request.

BTF and P&A Estates believe that the land on The Ridge at current prices is undervalued, so that a significant potential for land values appreciation on the Ridge is expected in the next 2-3 years. In addition, the development on the Ridge of a high-end eco resort project like the “Farmhouse and Vineyard by the Beach”, will create additional increase in land values on The Ridge. Finally, the express philosophy of the Farmhouse Project, as well as the high level caliber of the selected buyers of individual plots introduced by BTF and P&A Estates, will all contribute to place The Ridge as an exclusive high end destination in North Bali, justifying a premium with respect to alternative locations
