North West Lombok is becoming quickly one of the highest growth areas for high end tourism in Indonesia, with ease of access and pristine white sand beaches of incredible natural beauty. Roads in this part of Lombok are mostly brand new, and spectacular, reminding of the “corniche” in the Cote d’Azur, going from the Italian border to Monte Carlo – no traffic jams. North West Lombok is only 35-45 minutes drive from the Mataram airport, along a beautiful not crowded well built main road. Electricity and water are easily available.

Sengiggi, Sire and Medana

The most valuable areas in North West lombok as those in the surrounding of Sengiggi, Sire and Medana. All enjoy the general favorable characteristics of North West Bali, and each has specific characteristics, which make it attractive to different investors.

In the last three years or so, this area has enjoyed an incredible high end revamp, whereby old shabby bungalows, and poorly serviced resorts,  have been renovated to high end tropical living standards. A number of successful boutique resorts have gained extremely successful popularity with the high end expat crowds and Asian tourists, mainly from Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Europe.
