P&A Estates is an operating division of P&A International Consulting. While P&A International Consulting handles most aspects regarding property consulting, financing and legal advice for people buying their own land and properties, PA& Estates is focused on the promotion and sale of real estate and projects in Bali in which P&A International Consulting is also an investor.
These activities include land acquisition, residential and property development and the management of gated communities as well as individual villas. A commercial arm deals with the promotion and sale of property to investors as well as individual home buyers.
Our clients come to us primarily to improve their investment portfolio, whether for personal use or for commercial purposes. Naturally, others are simply looking to live in Bali.
P&A is currently engaged in the development of two residential projects and is in the process of defining its third on an island nearby. All include private property development and investment components, for which the total investment budget is in excess of US$20 million. |
