Marcantonio Pinci

Marcantonio Pinci is an early stage investor and strategic legal and transaction advisor. Based in Bali, Indonesia, Marcantonio has been counsel to multiple property transactions as well as his own developments.  Marcantonio is a member of the New York Bar and Italian Bar association. He is a Managing Partner of Pinci & Associates, with offices in New York and Milan. Pinci & Associates focuses on corporate, banking and securities law with an emphasis on M&A in real estate development and restructuring transactions in the hotel, resort and timeshare segments. In addition, he is Director of PT Bali Kayu Jati, a Bali-based agricultural management and eco-tourism company focused on the planting and management of bio dynamic micro-teak farms.  He is a member of The Foreign Lawyers Forum of Washington, D.C. and the International Bar Association.

Carl Ottersen

Carl Ottersen is a business director with over twenty years of broad international management experience focused on new businesses and new markets.  He has a track record of consistent success, solving management and commercial issues effectively in the field and turning around unsuccessful operations in difficult markets. As an independent business consultant, over the past eight years Carl engaged by several clients to advise and assist in their corporate restructuring and development, including the launch of new businesses for international markets.  Carl holds an MSc from Durham University Business School (1984, Durham), as well as qualifications in Economics (1983, Newcastle) and Law (1981, London).
